Refund Policy for YourAdBag
Custom Products & No Returns
Since our products are custom-printed with your specific branding and logo, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or ordering errors. All sales are final once the production process has begun.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., printing error), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will provide a replacement or a corrected product at no additional cost to you.
To report an issue, please contact us at info@youradbag.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
Cancellations
Orders for custom products can only be canceled if the production process has not yet started. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once the printing process begins, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Please note that the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without justification does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (such as our custom-printed bags). However, we still guarantee quality and will address any manufacturing defects as stated above.
Refunds (if applicable)
In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g., for non-custom items or specific service errors), we will notify you after we’ve reviewed your case. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
