Shipping Policy for Your Ad Bag

Order Processing & Production Time

All our bags are custom-printed with your unique branding.

• Production Time: Please allow [7-10] business days for high-quality printing and quality inspection after your digital mockup is approved.

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Production begins after we verify your logo files.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship to all states within the United States. We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [3-5] business days after production is complete.

• Carrier: We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure your "Moving Billboards" arrive safely and on time.

Please note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

Ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and bulk of our shipments.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your Ad Bag is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Your Ad Bag is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
